Job Progress: The Core of Every Job
- Completion Tracking: Job Progress is the key to monitoring the overall completion percentage of a project.
- Updates: Keep clients informed with timely progress updates to maintain transparency.
Hourly Projects or Fixed Projects with a Single Milestone
- Singular Progress Tracker: Update progress as you work, and once it reaches 100%, the client will review and approve/decline.
- Hourly Projects: Along with progress updates, you can send payment requests for logged hours via the time tracker. Mark progress as 100% to request job completion.
Multiple Milestones
- Milestone-Specific Progress: Each milestone has its own tracker. You can update multiple milestones simultaneously if needed.
- Completion: When all milestones are marked as 100% and approved by the client, the job is considered complete.
File Handover: Freelancers are required to submit handover files with each progress update.
Progress & Deliverables
Every update is stored as a log, showing the project’s movement from start to finish, along with attached deliverables. We insist all freelancers to promptly update progress to keep the client’s informed about your every step towards completion. Each progress update should have detailed info about what was done along with attachments if required.
Time Tracking & Requests (For Hourly Projects Only)
Our dedicated tools for hourly projects which allow you to swiftly log your work hours. Here you can track time and send payment requests. You will be able to see if the client approved or declined your requests in the Requests section. When or how frequently should you raise a payment request? That is entirely up to both of you.
Transactions
The transactions section displays all transactions made throughout the job’s duration. You will get appropriate status updates.
